Key Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie

  • Prepare and cook dishes to brand standards, ensuring each plate meets expectations for taste, presentation, and timing during service.
  • Support smooth kitchen operations by staying organised during prep and service, following station responsibilities, and communicating clearly with the team to keep workflows efficient and focused.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and maintaining organised storage areas.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures, keeping your station clean and organised while supporting a safe and compliant kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to daily kitchen needs such as prep lists, labelling, and equipment care to help the kitchen stay organised, efficient, and service-ready.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

  • Working in a busy kitchen, working to dish specifications.
  • Food safety certification (e. g: Serv Safe) is a plus.
  • Working across various sections (grill, pizza, etc).
