We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our team at our Birmingham location.
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Be the friendly face that greets every guest, creating a positive and exciting first impression.
- Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Help manage reservations and walk‑ins efficiently to keep the guest flow running smoothly.
If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:
- Previous experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting.
- 1 year experience in front desk/ reception role preferred
- Experience in a fast paced environment
