We are working on behalf of a well established and highly regarded Financial Services brokerage based from modern offices in the City of London (2 min walk from Liverpool St). This company specialise in advising on Investments, Mortgages, Insurance and Pensions, with around 60 staff members. They are looking for an administrator to join their friendly team, working a 4 day week (Monday to Thursday).
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the use of IT systems and be an experienced administrator with good communication skills. Previous experience in financial services in mortgage administration is essential for this role.
Role duties include:
- Processing applications and managing pipeline
- Database management
- Liaison with Clients
- Liaison with product providers
- System administration
- Working as part of a team, with accountability for assigned tasks
Person spec:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and able to prioritise
- Numerate
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys working with strict operating procedures and getting the right outcome
- Strong on IT systems
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Focused and ultimately, not in need of close supervision
- Must have solid administration experience
This role comes with a base salary to £34,000 for a 4 day week (£42,500 pro rata). Please note we cannot respond to anyone without mortgage administration experience.
