We are currently working on behalf of a leading London mortgage brokerage, who specialise in the HNW & uHNW marketplace. The company are expanding in 2026, increasing their capacity in London as well as opening in Zurich & Dubai

They are looking for an experienced senior mortgage administrator to join their team. This role would encompass all usual mortgage administration duties with complex mortgages as well as standard cases .

Responsibilities

  • Processing and submitting mortgage applications
  • To deliver an effective and competent level of mortgage administration, resolving and escalating when appropriate
  • Discuss cases with lenders and private banks
  • To have organisational skills and the ability to work under your own initiative
  • Request and ensure receipt of all necessary documentation from the client and check that all information is accurate, up-to-date and in line with the Fact Find and Application Form

Required Skills

You would need a minimum of 2+ years experience, specifically in mortgage administration within the UK mortgage market.

The ideal candidate would have experience within the HNW mortgage sector and strong, clear communication skills.

Pay range and compensation package

The base salary for this role is £40,000 - 50,000 p.a.
