Based in the City of London, our clients are a highly successful and well-established Financial Services Practice employing over 60 Advisers and Support Administrators. They are currently expanding and are seeking to appoint an experienced mortgage administrator, who will complement the existing team, bring added value to the role and who is willing to take on additional responsibilities as the role expands. KEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Previous mortgage administration experience is essential.
- Proven IT skills (Inc. Windows, Outlook and Excel).
- Numerate.
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills and ability to structure clear and informative emails (often without the use of templates).
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Able to work at pace in a busy environment and to follow strict FCA regulated procedures.
- Enjoys delivering client focused service.
- Accountable for case pipeline management and escalating queries for resolution.
THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity to join a City based Financial Services Practice and as part of a team, to provide client and lender facing administrative support to busy Mortgage Brokers from application submission to case completion.
