Qualifications
Experience
8–12 years in software engineering, preferably in regulated environments.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technology stack (ASP. NET MVC, WWF, Web API, SQL Server)
- Solid understanding of client-side scripting (Type Script, Java Script, j Query)
- Working knowledge of Python, Azure stack
- Experience with Git Hub, CI/CD, Dev Ops
- Expertise in design patterns and REST API development
- Ability to deliver software and artifacts independently
- Experience in complex software troubleshooting techniques
- Integration Expertise (Must-Have)
- Experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP Ariba, S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, data mapping

Compensation
Bonus: 8% variable.
Pay offered will vary based on location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
In addition to base salary and annual target incentive bonus, an equity component is included.

Responsibilities
- Translate customer and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Own end-to-end delivery (design → development → deployment → support)
- Work with customers for solution design, issue resolution, and implementation
- Implement integrations with CRM, Procurement and ERP systems
- Build API-based, event-driven, and batch integrations
- Ensure data integrity, traceability, and auditability across systems
- Leverage Git Hub Copilot for code generation, review, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Contribute to adoption of AI-driven engineering practices
- Develop technical configurations, extensions, and custom solutions on cloud platforms
- Code reviews, unit testing, and maintain high engineering standards
- Manage CI/CD using Git Hub, Azure Dev Ops
- Resolve complex issues using application and system logs
- Support cloud deployments, containerization, and environment stability
