What Youll Be Doing:
Grow the business by identifying new leads, developing opportunities, and turning prospects into long-term partners.
Own customer relationships – from first contact to contract signing and ongoing account support.
Work closely with internal teams (Inside and Outside Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering) to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Support and lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structuring.
Take the initiative on strategic projects that move the needle – think beyond the day-to-day.
Contribute to the big picture – help define sales strategies and long-term business plans.
Lead with influence, setting a high standard for collaboration, accountability, and performance.
