The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
The role will involve the receiving of materials for putting into stock, internal material movements, picking of kits, material cutting and packing of products alongside unloading and loading of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Ensure safe working environment.
- Booking of inbound materials to include correct labelling and transactional inputs into the ERP/MRP system.
- PI stock counts to be actioned and support required to resolve all discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Complete stock movements while ensuring all materials are within shelf life and batch recorded.
- Forklift duties.
- Carry out picking of stock items, to include kits and manual route cards.
- Packing of all products to specifications across the logistics areas.
- Moving materials across warehouses using the company vehicle.
- Cutting of materials.
- Housekeeping, clean as you go.
- Maintain supermarket (Kan Ban) levels for kits.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Full Driving Licence
- Warehousing / Stores experience 1+ years in a similar role
Desirable Experience and Skills:
- SAP experience
- ERP/MRP knowledge
- IT (Microsoft Package)
Required Qualification Requirements:
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Preferred Qualifications:
- MHE training
- Health and safety
Location of Role:
F.P.T. Industries Ltd, Airport Service Road, Portsmouth, PO3 5PE
Working Hours:
7:30am - 4:15pm (Monday to Thursday)
7:30am - 4:00pm (Working Friday)
* Every other Friday is a non-working day
