The role
We are looking for a detail-driven Salesforce Release Specialist to take ownership of our client’s CRM release lifecycle. If you’re passionate about DevOps, version control, and ensuring high-quality deployments, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Lead the end-to-end release process across Salesforce and Fonteva platforms using Copado.
Manage deployment pipelines, version control, and environment strategies to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
Coordinate testing activities and support platform updates, ensuring readiness across teams.
Provide hands-on Salesforce admin support, including user management and system configuration.
Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders to align release activities with business goals.
Continuously improve release processes and documentation to support audit and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate
This Salesforce Release Specialist role will suit you perfectly if you have the following:
Experience managing Salesforce releases and using Copado for deployments and version control.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including flows, permissions, and custom objects.
Strong understanding of Git workflows, metadata management, and sandbox strategies.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Salesforce Administrator and Copado certifications are essential; Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
