Our client - a well-established professional body - is looking for an experienced, senior-level HR Advisor to join the People team on a temporary basis to support a specific, time-critical project. This is a hands-on, project-led role covering the administration of letters, scripts, and meeting coordination, alongside providing HR support during individual consultation and redundancy meetings. You'll also get involved in wider project activity, including an ongoing IT review and any TUPE-related work as required.

Key facts:

  • Contract: Full time, 6 months temporary contract
  • Gross Pay rate range (PAYE): £200-£250 per day (including rolled up holiday pay)
  • Location: hybrid, on average 2 days per week in the office in Westminster. Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the project, and the specific in-office days may vary week to week.
  • Start date: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drafting and administering letters and scripts to support consultation and redundancy processes
  • Coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders
  • Providing HR support during individual consultation and redundancy meetings
  • Supporting a review across several departments
  • Contributing to wider project activity, including IT review and TUPE processes where relevant

About You

  • Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level - this is not a role for a junior or inexperienced advisor
  • Confident, outgoing, and able to pick things up quickly in a fast-moving project environment
  • Comfortable managing sensitive conversations, including redundancy and consultation meetings
  • TUPE experience is a strong advantage
