We are now looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to help deliver complex and impactful projects, particularly within commercial and residential sectors.
Role Overview
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will provide expert technical guidance across a range of projects, ensuring client requirements are met from inception through to completion. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, cost-effective structural solutions and coordinate design packages across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team leaders to achieve monthly income targets
- Support the promotion of the consultancy’s structural engineering services
- Design practical and economically viable structural solutions, interpreting architectural concepts
- Manage project scopes, client briefs, cost planning and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, variations and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong client and design team relationships
- Undertake structural surveys and produce detailed technical reports
- Contribute to fee proposals and support bids for new work
- Champion BIM and 3D design/drawing best practice within the team
Essential Experience and Skills
- MEng or BEng degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Chartered or Actively working towards Chartership and IPD with IStructE or ICE
- Strong knowledge of building construction, regulations and relevant legislation
- Experience on projects with values ranging from £250k to £10m
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
