The Opportunity

Are you ready to shape regulatory strategy for some of the most dynamic and diverse markets in the world? Join Roche’s International Regulatory Team and play a pivotal role in enabling access to life-changing medicines across our International region. As International Regulatory Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for our affiliates and global partners to develop and deliver regulatory strategies that align with both local needs and global objectives. You’ll represent the affiliate voice in global product teams and work closely with colleagues in labelling, policy, and technical regulatory to drive smart, efficient submissions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead regulatory activities for assigned products across International affiliates
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to develop and execute integrated regulatory strategies
  • Provide expert insight into country-specific regulatory environments and requirements
  • Act as a key contact for affiliates, building strong partnerships, championing innovative solutions and challenging the status quo
  • Support health authority interactions and submission planning
  • Contribute to shaping regulatory policy and alignment across global and affiliate teams

Who You Are

You bring energy, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership to everything you do. You also have:

  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs, ideally within international or regional markets
  • Solid understanding of regulatory systems, submissions, and compliance requirements
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills — you thrive on cross-functional teamwork
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complexity and challenge the status quo
  • A science or health-related degree (or equivalent professional background)
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to lead projects and work independently
