Product Solution Sales Specialist – Near Patient Care: Northwest Region

As a Product Solution Sales Specialist, your role is integral to driving the adoption of high-value solutions that enable better patient outcomes, improve healthcare delivery, and strengthen Roche’s leadership position in the healthcare market. The Opportunity
In this field-based role, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing clinical value sales plans tailored to address the needs of customers, helping them achieve their goals through Roche’s products and services. This role will be focusing on the secondary care – Point of care coordinators within the northwest of England.
You will build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS and beyond. You will strategically identify opportunities to grow market share, enhance profitability, and align with Roche’s broader mission within the Near Patient care portfolio. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data insights, develop impactful sales strategies, and contribute to the successful delivery of regional and national sales objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution : Identify, target, and develop key accounts to drive adoption of Roche’s innovative solutions, ensuring long-term customer engagement and patient-centred outcomes.
- Collaboration : Work alongside internal teams and stakeholders, including Marketing, Access, and Innovation, to deliver cohesive and impactful sales solutions.
- Customer Insight : Gather and analyse customer and market insights, delivering actionable strategies to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Professional Growth : Continuously develop your understanding of the NHS landscape, Roche’s product portfolio, and sales methodologies to provide exceptional value to customers.
- Compliance : Ensure all activities are conducted in alignment with Roche’s policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are:
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent, with success in sales to secondary care systems, ideally to Point of care Coordinators.
- Experienced in fostering customer-centric relationships that lead to measurable outcomes, with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce and a quick learner, motivated by the opportunity to contribute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Flexible to travel across the UK and possess a full UK driving license.
