The Position
At Roche, we’re transforming how we partner with suppliers to deliver our 10-year ambition. As our MSP Programs and Temp Labour Solutions Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in co-leading our global Managed Service Provider (MSP) programme alongside People & Culture. This is your chance to lead a critical capability in a dynamic, global procurement environment—driving innovation, shaping strategy, and delivering real business outcomes through agile, people-centric solutions. The current programme focus is on contractors/temporary labour, with plans to expand into new services and regions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Co-lead the MSP Programme – Shape strategy, roadmap, KPIs and execution in partnership with People & Culture.
- Lead a Team – Coach and empower a team of experts to deliver strong, sustainable programme outcomes across our MSP and temp labour.
- Drive Delivery – Drive program implementation and execution, ensuring alignment with global company objectives and regional specifics. Oversee supplier onboarding, contracting, savings, invoicing, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Widely – Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Procurement, Finance and the business.
- Grow Supplier Relationships – Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional/global suppliers to ensure alignment with program objectives and seamless service delivery.
- Champion Customer Needs – Ensure the programme continues to evolve with market trends and stakeholder expectations.
Who You Are
- You have extensive years of experience in procurement, supply chain or consulting, ideally within complex, matrixed environments.
- You bring deep knowledge of MSP or temporary labour programmes—strategy, delivery, or category leadership with a digital focus (e.g. knowledge of Fieldglass).
- Proficient knowledge of external workforce best practices, processes and compliance with a focus on Europe and North American regions.
- You’re strategic and comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing across functions, and driving change.
- You’re fluent in English and thrive in global environments.
- You’re an inclusive, curious leader who shares ideas generously and welcomes feedback.
