The Position
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our General Manager (predominantly) and leadership team during a 12-month maternity leave cover. This role requires in-office attendance two days per week, with flexibility to align with the General Manager’s schedule.
As an Executive Assistant and Leadership Team support, you are responsible for:

Utilising your skills and capabilities, and working flexibly to ensure core work is delivered in line with Organisational principles

Working collaboratively and sharing expertise across the organisation to remove silos and duplication, ensure efficient use of similar skill-sets, and to ultimately support common pursuit of the North Star

Acting as a guardian for high standards of compliance, ethics and safety; putting patients at the centre of all actions by consistent business behaviour that complies with applicable laws, industry codes and Roche’s Code of Conduct.

Your Profile:

Prior EA experience in a corporate setting

Able to work autonomously managing hugely busy, ever changing and complex diaries, planning strategically and prioritising where necessary

Comfortable with scheduling meetings across different time zones

Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects autonomously, to deadlines and often under pressure

Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Excellent judgement is essential.

Highly adaptable to changing situations and flexible in their working hours and locations

Able to develop strong relationships with business colleagues and senior level stakeholders. Have a high degree of professionalism
