This position is designed for an energetic professional with a strong foundational track record in project execution who is looking to take a meaningful next step in their career. We are seeking candidates who excel at independently managing projects where the path to success is largely defined, yet requires skilled execution, active coordination, adaptability, adoption and value sustainment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business accountable and team to drive development of a vision and strategy for the molecule-enabling work.
  • Scope, plan and execute the program/project roadmap to ensure solutions are adopted and intended value is realized within the agreed timeframe and in an iterative manner.
  • Maintain accurate plans and documentation, ensuring that risks and issues are promptly captured, tracked, and communicated.
  • Prepare clear data and status updates to support decision-makers, ensuring that governance meetings are productive and based on factual progress.
  • Focus on consistent application of PPD delivery standards to keep a project running smoothly.
  • Contribute to and manage team processes for development of critical deliverables.
  • Enable informed decision making within the team, including facilitating decision points with governance bodies.
  • Measure project specific outcomes in collaboration with Project Lead & Sponsor.
  • Optimize team performance by enabling team norms, effective decision making, driving progress, meeting facilitation, simplifying processes/work.
  • Ensure the wider business is aware of the strategy/project and its impact, identifying risks and opportunities early.
  • Ensure that impact assessments are accurate and stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Support adoption by preparing leaders and teams through clear messaging about what's changing, why and what it means for them.
  • Proactively flag potential adoption risks, ensuring that the voice of the end‑user is represented in project decision‑making.
  • Identify resistance at the end‑user level and address it through clear communication.

  • You are a systems thinker, understanding the landscape & interconnectedness of activities within the project/program and outside in the wider business, connecting the dots and asking the right questions to clarify the project strategy or scope.
  • You are an effective communicator and able to influence and connect with key stakeholders, gaining alignment on outcomes.
  • You apply business knowledge and expertise to ensure maximum value to the company.
  • Experience or skills in data science would be a highly valued asset for one of our available positions.
