  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Support scientific and operational teams as an expert in data sourcing, curation, and analytical readiness, while also executing the required analytical work when needed.
  • Drive Data Accessibility: Collaborate closely with internal data stewards, scientists, and stakeholders to improve data workflows, technical requirements, and analytical usability.

Who You Are

You are an independent, analytical thinker who excels at translating complex scientific research needs into structured data workflows. You bring excellent communication skills, strategic agility, and a collaborative mindset that allows you to thrive in a global, multicultural environment.

To be successful in this role, you bring:

  • Production-Grade Analytics: Working knowledge of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) practices, including containerization and pipeline orchestration, to transition models from experimentation to production-grade systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with common healthcare data standards such as OMOP, CDISC, or HL7 FHIR.
