Acts as the link between local business and global RDT teams, overseeing audit readiness, business resilience planning, and cultivating the local RDT community. Leads co-creation and strategic alignment of RDT and business strategies locally, fostering bi-directional communication across functions. Collaborates with M&A leaders to ensure a seamless transition to standard RDT operations.
- Hands-On Technical Execution: Drives resolution of open technical backlogs in collaboration with domain experts, facilitates system migrations from legacy domains and applications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences, or related field required.
- Extensive experience in IT business partnering, technology consulting, or technical site management in life sciences/diagnostics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand local site needs while balancing global platform strategies and organisational priorities and driving business decisions through complex organizational change.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills, with demonstrated success managing complex dependencies across functions.
- Senior project coordination experience running IT infrastructure (network/storage/HPC), engineering, and site refurbishment projects.
- Understanding of site-specific compliance requirements: local regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols that impact technology deployment.

- Familiarity with data science and AI/ML concepts is a major plus.
- Knowledge of sample and data lifecycle management specific to research environments: chain of custody, retention requirements, archival strategies.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO standards) and their impact on research technology.
- Familiarity with global IT service management practices (ITIL) and support models.
