Join our Technical Services team at Roche, where you'll be a Service Expert providing essential support for our pathology laboratory solutions across the North UK. You’ll be part of a team of technicians and scientists committed to delivering excellent customer support and making a real impact in the healthcare industry. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled and collaborative team that is passionate about helping diagnostic laboratories succeed.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be a key part of our field support team, focusing primarily on Roche Tissue Diagnostics instruments. You will build strong customer relationships and provide a high standard of service through a variety of critical functions.

  • Lead installation projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement system modifications.
  • Provide training and support to laboratory scientists.
  • Optimize systems and provide expert consultancy on workflow design.
  • Attend customer review meetings and support product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the wider Roche team to ensure our customers receive the best possible support.

Who you are:
