Shape the Future of Diabetes and Chronic Long-Term Conditions: We’re looking for a highly strategic, results-driven Market Access Leader to join Roche Diagnostics UK. This isn’t just about managing access - it’s about fundamentally changing the patient journey for those with diabetes and chronic metabolic conditions across the UK.
The Mission: Impact & Innovation
- Be the Catalyst for Change: Develop and execute the UK Market Access strategy, proactively dismantling systemic barriers to secure maximum patient access to our innovative pipeline, with a strong focus on Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and cutting-edge digital health tools.
- Drive Early Adoption: You will be instrumental in positioning Roche as the Partner of Choice for the NHS, securing first-mover commercial advantage for game-changing diagnostics and shaping care pathways up to three years pre-launch.
- Influence the Ecosystem: Lead high-stakes engagement with senior leaders and key decision-makers across the UK, including the NHS England Diabetes Programme and the Office for Life Sciences (OLS), leveraging your robust network to align with the NHS 10-Year Plan and the UK’s Life Sciences Vision.
