Join Roche, where every voice matters.### ### The Position**Shape the Future of Medicine with Data**During the placement **you will be based in** the Roche UK offices at the **Welwyn Garden City** site. **This is not a laboratory based placement and candidates will be required to be based in the office****.****The Opportunity:**As a key member of our team, you\’ll collaborate with experienced scientists on impactful projects that are critical to drug development. You will:* Analyse and interpret data from clinical trials to understand how new medicines work in the human body.* Develop and apply innovative analytical tools and approaches to support our research.* Contribute to the design of future clinical studies.* Share your findings and insights, contributing to critical team decisions that guide our projects.* Contribute to office based events and projects in Welwyn (e.g. Wellbeing, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion).**Who you are:**We\’re seeking curious, collaborative, and creative problem-solvers from any STEM background who are eager to learn and make a difference. The ideal candidate is:* A current undergraduate student in your second year of your Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree with a strong academic record.* A great communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.* Enthusiastic about learning new skills and tackling new challenges.* Familiarity with a programming language (like R or Python) is a plus, but your eagerness to learn is what counts most.**Our commitment:**Roche commits to recognising talent and aptitude.
