As a Clinical Educator at Roche in the north of the UK, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert education and support to healthcare professionals across key accounts. This role is a 10-month FTC contract for the north part of the UK.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide expert educational services to key account customers, Clinical Nurse Specialists, pharmacists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), infusion nurses and physicians, fostering strong professional advocacy.
  • Drive positive customer experiences by delivering ongoing, high-quality clinical and educational support that meets their needs.
  • Strategically manage your geographical territory, identifying target customers, maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely, accurate electronic reporting.
  • Elevate your impact by proactively identifying opportunities to add value to patients and customers through the ethical and compliant delivery of sponsored services.
  • Collaborate across functions by working as an integral part of the local account team, providing clinical insight that informs local business and account plans.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, continuously maintaining and applying up-to-date technical knowledge of our specialty and disease areas, including relevant publications.
  • Manage customer objections and issues, confidently resolving day-to-day queries and escalating complex or sensitive concerns appropriately.

Who you are:

  • You are a highly motivated individual with a strong clinical background and a genuine passion for education and customer support.
  • A Bachelor of Science or a nursing background (or equivalent relevant experience) is required.
  • You possess effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conduct compelling face-to-face presentations.
  • You have a good understanding of the Pharma Market and the local Health Service environment, alongside fluency with MS Office and Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in a clinical environment, ideally with an understanding and experience working within Haematology, oncology or infusion-related products is preferred.
  • You are highly motivated with the drive and determination to succeed and possess strong business planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are located in the north part of the UK.
