Roche is seeking a Clinical Site Manager specialized in Study Start-Up to design, plan, coordinate and conduct initiation activities at assigned sites. You will work independently to ensure trials are launched, documented, and reported in line with protocols and global guidelines.
You will lead end-to-end start-up activities, manage EC and CA submissions, develop essential study documents, and collaborate with global and local teams to deliver diagnostic solutions while fostering an inclusive environment.
