Roche in Burgess Hill is seeking a Technical Specialist (Solution Support) for our Regional Customer Support Centre in Molecular Diagnostics. You will be the go-to person for customers, diagnosing issues and delivering solutions while working in a hybrid setup with two days in the office.
You will train customers and staff, support new product launches, assist the sales team with demonstrations, and ensure our lab systems run smoothly, delivering high-quality service across regions.
