Position: Payroll and Pensions Administrator
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week to be worked between Monday and Friday, some flexibility on start and finish times.
Salary: £15.47 plus per hour depending on experience
Holidays: 5.6 weeks holiday per year (including bank holidays)

Main Purpose of Role
To work as part of a team within strict deadlines to ensure that all employees are paid accurately on time and that all internal and external rules and regulations are adhered to. To include start to finish calculations and administration to the payroll system of starters, leavers, overtime, pensions, pay variations and changes. In addition, training will be given where necessary on the balancing and running of payrolls and HMRC administration. You must be able to accurately determine the correct Tax, NI, Pension status and Statutory payments due to employees throughout their employment. Full training will be given on our practices and systems.

Entry Requirements
- At least 2 years Payroll Experience with knowledge of HMRC, Statutory payment Rules and regulations and GDPR
- Good IT Skills and attention to detail with accuracy of work.
- At least GCSE maths and English qualifications are essential.
- Good numeracy and calculation skills
- Good communication skills and phone etiquette.
