F.Hinds High Wycombe is looking for a Store Supervisor for 35.5 hours per week. The applicant must be flexible, available Monday to Sunday (the position will include a permanent Sunday).
As a Supervisor, you must demonstrate a proven track record in retail, ideally within the jewellery sector. You should be team and sales orientated, able to motivate and lead, assume responsibility, and have an interest in the jewellery and watch sector. A passion for providing excellent service to every customer is essential, along with confidence, an outgoing personality, and a belief in your own ability. An enthusiastic and positive outlook is also important, as well as the ability to project a great first impression.
