As a Branch Manager, you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in retail, ideally within the jewellery sector. You should be team and sales orientated, able to motivate and lead, assume responsibility, and have an interest in the jewellery and watch sector. A passion for providing excellent service to every customer, confidence, an outgoing personality, and a belief in your own ability are essential. You should also possess an enthusiastic and positive outlook and be able to project a great first impression.
