As a Branch Manager, you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in retail, ideally within the jewellery sector. You should be team and sales orientated, able to motivate and lead, assume responsibility, and have an interest in the jewellery and watch sector, with a passion for providing excellent service to every customer. You should be confident, outgoing, and possess a belief in your own ability, along with an enthusiastic and positive outlook to project a great first impression.
