This eight-week program offers a unique combination of classroom training at our Furr Academy in Manassas, VA, and on-the-job training in the market where you\'ll be making an impact. During this apprenticeship, you\'ll embark on a journey that leads to becoming an entry-level Plumbing Service Technician. With a mix of classroom sessions and hands-on (ride-along) training, you\'ll be paid while learning. The first-year post-trainingoffers an achievable compensation range from $50,000 to $70,000.

Who Are We Seeking?
We\'re on the lookout for individuals with a mechanical inclination, dependability, and a passion for learning the plumbing trade. Our comprehensive training class will introduce you to the plumbing field, providing hands-on experience in our training lab and alongside skilled technicians in the field. You will learn and assist alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain and repair plumbing systems in residential settings. Be prepared to apply creative thinking and to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing related issues, ensuring customer contentment all while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines ensuring a safe an secure work environment. Qualifications:
- Mechanical Inclination: Strong interest in plumbing systems with a willingness to learn about plumbing technology
- Positivity: Ability to work independently, maintain a \"can do\" attitude, and work effectively within a team
