Mechanical Site Manager

My client is looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to work on a commercial refurbishment project.

LOCATION: Bradford
START: 12/05/25
RATE: £340 per day
HOURS: 45 Per week
DURATION: 30 weeks

DUTIES:

1. Responsible for the delivery of the mechanical package on site.
2. Manage a team of 15, a mixture of the clients directly employed guys and subbies.
3. Attend site meetings and hold toolbox talks.
4. Reporting into Project Manager, ensuring project is being completed within specific time frames.
5. Responsibility for Health & Safety of the mechanical works being carried out.
6. Responsible for RAMS on-site.

Must Have:

1. SMSTS
2. Skill Card/Gold card in Plumbing or Pipefitting
3. Strong leadership skills
4. Previous Experience
