My client based in Halifax is looking to expand their team by employing a Mechanical & Electrical Business Development Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of M&E opportunities
  • Working closely with the company owner to ensure opportunities are pursued.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and framework stakeholders
  • Leading client meetings, presenting capability, and managing the process through to tender

Must Have

  • Organised approach to pipeline management, reporting, and follow-up
  • Proven experience in business development within building services and M&E
  • Strong network and confidence engaging at senior client and consultant level
  • Solid understanding of how M&E tenders and pre-con processes work
  • Full UK driving licence (travel will be required)
