FC Workforce are recruiting Delivery Drivers (Self Employed) for our courier client based in Coventry. This is a day role, starting between 0800–1000 am. (Must be able to work 6 days Monday to Saturday). No Evening starts. Immediate starts available for this role!

About the job:

  • Self employed courier driver (Driving your own car)
  • Delivering small parcels to homes and businesses around the Coventry area
  • You will be given a postcode where your drops will all be within a 1–5 mile radius to ensure less distance, more deliveries.
  • Flexible working hours – Monday to Saturday
  • Choose the amount of work you accept each day (Parcel amounts)
  • Self employed – paid each week
  • Rates between £100–£140 per day (the more you deliver the more you will get paid)
  • Per Parcel Rate £0.75
  • Training on site (usually around 1 hr) that takes you through everything you need to know including how to use the app (very simple), how to take the right photos, make the correct delivery choices etc.
  • Start off with less parcels, get the feel for it, and build your way up to deliver the amount you feel comfortable with each day
  • Weekly payment, every Friday
  • All drivers will need to take out their own Carriage of Goods for Hire and Reward insurance. This is non negotiable.

About you:

  • Will need your own car
  • No more than 6 points
  • A good work ethic
  • Will need to have safety boots and hi‑viz
  • Must be happy to drive own vehicle for the role
