Due to retirement, we have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Service Officer. Our Technical Service team offers expert advice and guidance on the use of F. Ball products to specialist trade users, retailers and distributors throughout the flooring industry. Responding to over 11,000 enquiries each year, the department has a trusted reputation for best-in-class service, knowledge and expertise.
This position will be of particular interest to experienced contract flooring installers or other high-calibre candidates with strong technical knowledge of the flooring industry. We would also welcome applications from technical personnel within allied industries who are looking for a new challenge within the flooring sector.
Candidates should be willing team players with excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a good IT background, and a willingness to undertake occasional travel. Experience of a CRM system would be advantageous, although not essential.
The successful candidate will report to the Technical Service Manager and will receive a competitive salary, and company benefits appropriate to the role.
