Due to extensive growth, an exciting career opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Customer Service Officer to join our EzyStrut team at our new facility in Richlands, QLD.

Your new role:

  • Join a supportive customer service team where your work really matters.
  • Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be building strong customer relationships, processing telephone orders, providing timely quotations, and supporting day-to-day sales activities.

You will bring:

  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales or administration role
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Experience in dealing with wholesalers, customers and distributors within the electrical, mechanical or similar industries (advantageous)
