EZRA in London is seeking a warm, proactive Receptionist to be the first face visitors meet when they arrive at our offices. Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll set the tone for EZRAnauts, clients, and guests from the moment they enter the building.
This on-site role is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility to cover additional hours during busy periods. You will own front desk duties, manage calls and emails, keep meeting rooms ready, and help newcomers feel at home
