The Role
Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Acquisition the RVP, Enterprise Acquisition helps lead Enterprise new-business acquisition across the region. This role combines senior sales leadership with direct people management, owning regional performance, execution, and team development.
You will build and lead a high-performing team of New Business AEs, embed disciplined selling behaviours, ensure strong Salesforce and sales-tech adoption, and partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Enterprise Growth to deliver a cohesive go-to-market motion and smooth client handovers. This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded builder who thrives in scaling enterprise revenue across diverse markets.
What You’ll Do
- Own Enterprise new-business growth.
- Develop and close complex enterprise opportunities through executive relationships and strategic prospecting.
- Represent EZRA in senior-level customer engagements, events, and presentations.
- Collaborate with Adecco Group partners and global sales leaders to unlock new acquisition opportunities.
People Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise New Business AEs.
- Coach and develop sellers across the full enterprise sales cycle, driving consistency, accountability, and results.
- Set clear performance expectations and support career growth.
Operational Excellence
- Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to set targets, track performance, and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure effective adoption of Salesforce and core sales tools (e.g., Gong, Apollo, Sales Navigator).
- Continuously refine processes, onboarding, and enablement to support scale and efficiency.
About you
- 4+ years of experience leading sales teams of 5+ direct reports.
- 6+ years of enterprise new-business sales experience, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Background in HR consulting, leadership development, L&D, or adjacent enterprise solutions.
- Strong Salesforce and sales-tech expertise.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Data-driven, commercially focused leadership style.
- Experience working across EMEA markets.
