Who we are: We believe everyone can be better with a coach. Coaching changes people’s lives. It helps them be happier and more productive in their work. It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be. That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people – not just those at the top – to benefit from the world’s best coaches. This is true of our EZRA team. We believe a happy team is a productive one. We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.
The Role: We're looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist to be the first face — and voice — people meet when they walk into our London office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll set the tone for how EZRAnauts, clients, and guests experience us from the moment they arrive. It's a brilliant way to be at the heart of a fast-growing, purpose-driven company, working onsite Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome every visitor, client, and EZRAnaut like they're the most important person to walk through the door — because to us, they are.
- Own the front desk: calls, emails, post, couriers, and pointing enquiries to the right people, fast.
- Keep meeting rooms running like clockwork — booked, set up, and ready to go.
- Team up with the Office Manager on the day-to-day: suppliers, deliveries, supplies, and keeping everything restocked.
- Help new starters feel at home from day one — access passes, desks sorted, and a proper office tour.
- Keep reception and communal spaces looking tip top.
- Keep records, reports and systems accurate and up to date.
- Jump into other projects as they come up — we like people who roll up their sleeves.
About You:
- 1+ years' experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or hospitality role.
- You talk to anyone with ease, from EZRAnauts to CEOs.
- Organised to your core, with an eye for detail and a knack for juggling priorities without dropping the ball.
- You spot what needs doing and just do it — no hand-holding required.
- Discreet and trustworthy — you know when to keep things to yourself.
- Flexible and adaptable — happy to pick up extra hours to cover holidays or busy periods.
Life at EZRA:
- Your Own World-class coach to help you grow personally and professionally.
- Coaching for Friends and family because coaching is a gift worth passing on.
- Charity Days to support the causes close to your heart - because doing good feels good.
- Learning Budget to fuel your curiosity. If it helps you grow, we’re in.
- Weekly Wellbeing Hour just for you. No meetings. No emails. Just space to breathe, reflect, or reset.
- Regional benefits flex to fit your location and lifestyle.
- A welcoming place to do your best work. Comfortable, collaborative and inclusive.
