Who We Are
We believe everyone can be better with a coach… and we won’t stop until we get there.
Coaching changes people’s lives.
It helps them be happier and more productive in their work.
It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be.
That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people – not just those at the top – to benefit from the world’s best coaches.
This is true of our EZRA team.
We believe a happy team is a productive one.
We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.
The Role
EZRA is building product marketing as a brand new strategic function – and this is the role that shapes it .
Reporting directly to the SVP of Brand, Creative and Product Marketing, you’ll be the founding leader of a capability that doesn’t yet exist in any formal sense.
Your mandate is to create clarity across EZRA’s multi-product ecosystem, establish globally consistent positioning, arm the Sales team with the tools they need to win, and translate EZRA’s AI evolution into a story enterprise buyers can act on.
This is a hands-on strategic role: you’ll be setting direction and doing the work.
- What You’ll Do
- Build EZRA’s product marketing function from the ground up – defining the operating model, establishing processes, and creating the foundational frameworks that will scale with the business.
- Own product positioning and architecture: develop a coherent product hierarchy, naming principles, audience segments, buyer problems, proof points and differentiation across EZRA’s full product portfolio.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, features and capabilities: author launch briefs, define ICPs, shape packaging input, and coordinate cross-functional readiness with Product, Sales and Marketing.
- Create and maintain a full sales enablement suite – pitch narratives, talk tracks, objection handling, battlecards, demo storylines and product one-pagers – that field teams across regions actually use.
- Define and govern the AI narrative: articulate how Cai and EZRA’s AI-enabled capabilities translate into commercial value for enterprise buyers, while protecting the premium positioning of human coaching.
- Establish the operating model between global product marketing and regional GTM teams, ensuring top-down narrative consistency with room for local adaptation.
- You will be the arbiter of what must remain globally sacred – core positioning, product architecture, AI narrative – and what regional teams can and should adapt to win locally.
- Hire and develop a Product Marketing Manager to support function delivery; grow the team over time as scope and complexity expand.
- Own commercial accountability for product marketing’s contribution to revenue
- Track and report on sales metrics – pipeline influence, win rates, deal velocity – and use them to sharpen the work.
About You
- 8–12+ years in product marketing, with significant experience in enterprise B2B Saa S or platform businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to build a product marketing function – or a meaningful sub-function – from scratch, not simply inherit and optimise a mature machine.
- Deep experience across the full PMM remit: product positioning, launch execution, sales enablement, competitive messaging and narrative development.
- Track record of working directly with Product, Sales and senior leadership to influence strategy and earn trust through the quality of your work.
- Strong writing and synthesis ability – you produce clear, compelling artefacts yourself: messaging frameworks, one-pagers, launch briefs and battlecards.
- Experience managing the complexity of a multi-product or portfolio environment where coherent architecture and prioritisation matter.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structured process where little existed before.
- Product Marketing Alliance certification, Reforge, Pragmatic Institute or equivalent formal PMM training.
- Ideally: experience in HR tech, L&D, talent, coaching or an adjacent enterprise people platform.
- Ideally: exposure to AI-enabled product GTM or helping a business shift from product-led to enterprise platform narrative.
