The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Mid-Market Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll build strong, strategic relationships with customers to unlock value and drive incremental revenue for EZRA. Reporting to the Team Lead, Mid-Market EMEA, you’ll play a key role in helping clients scale coaching across their organizations and maximize the impact of our products. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across EZRA to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a global portfolio of mid-market accounts, leading all sales efforts from initial qualification through to contracting.
  • Identify key personas within target accounts and craft tailored messaging that resonates.
  • Connect EZRA’s solutions to client goals, clearly articulating value and differentiating us from competitors.
  • Set account strategies, map contacts, and develop a deep understanding of client objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales OKRs and quotas while driving growth opportunities.
  • Oversee renewals and partner on expansion sales by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Project manage onboarding from contract close to launch, collaborating with internal teams and advising on best practices for adoption.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client partners, including regular touchpoints and quarterly/annual reviews.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales or customer success, managing complex client relationships.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Skilled in prospecting, responding to inbound requests, and delivering demos.
  • Experience in HR consulting, leadership development, or L&D is highly desirable.
  • Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Creative in identifying target personas and crafting personalized outreach.
  • Comfortable being “in the market” with clients and driving engagement.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
