Who we are:
We believe everyone can be better with a coach… and we won’t stop until we get there. Coaching changes people’s lives. It helps them be happier and more productive in their work. It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be. That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people – not just those at the top – to benefit from the world’s best coaches. This is true of our EZRA team. We believe a happy team is a productive one. We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.
The Role:
We’re looking for an organised, detail-loving Product Operations Coordinator to help keep EZRA’s Product team running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person who helps connect Product, Studio, Tech, Labs, and Delivery teams, making sure information is clear, deadlines are understood, and everyone has what they need to do their best work. Your role will span building an internal knowledge base, supporting release notes, coordinating localization needs, improving our feature request process, and strengthening Product Operations so the team can work more effectively. This is a great role for someone early in their career who loves structure, communication, and problem-solving — and wants to grow in Product Operations or Product Management.
What You’ll Do:
- Help build and maintain EZRA’s new internal knowledgebase, keeping product information organised and easy to find.
- Support our release notes process, helping teams understand what’s shipped and what’s changing.
- Help improve and manage our product request process, making sure ideas are captured, tracked, and reviewed properly.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, and share updates with Product, Studio, Tech, Labs, and Delivery teams.
- Keep documentation up to date so everyone has the right information at the right time.
- Spot potential bottlenecks early and flag them to the right people.
- Help coordinate new product content so it flows smoothly from idea to delivery.
- Support general Product Ops tasks such as organising files, maintaining intranet sites, collecting feedback, and improving team workflows.
- Coordinate localization needs with external partners, track progress, and ensure content is prepared and shared correctly.
- Look for simple ways to make our processes clearer, faster, and easier for everyone.
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.
- Clear, friendly communicator who likes helping teams stay aligned.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Proactive and reliable: you don’t wait for problems; you help prevent them.
- Curious about how digital products are built and keen to learn more.
- Enjoy creating order and improving messy or unclear processes.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with localization or coordinating content.
- Some familiarity with product development, digital tools, or workflow management.
- Previous coordination, admin, or project support experience in any team environment.
Life at EZRA:
- Your Own World-class coach to help you grow personally and professionally.
- Coaching for Friends and family because coaching is a gift worth passing on.
- Charity Days to support the causes close to your heart - because doing good feels good.
- Learning Budget to fuel your curiosity. If it helps you grow, we’re in.
- Weekly Wellbeing Hour just for you. No meetings. No emails. Just space to breathe, reflect, or reset.
- Regional benefits flex to fit your location and lifestyle.
- A welcoming place to do your best work. Comfortable, collaborative and inclusive… and dog-friendly too!
