- Work with key coaching services stakeholders to define and prioritise reporting and data analysis needs
- Analyse key data sets to extract trends and insights with the objective of driving operational efficiency across the Coaching Services function.
- Present information in a scalable and consistent way
- Effectively communicate these insights back to the Coaching Services leadership team so they can action.
- Partner with product, data engineering, and other stakeholders to gain access to the required data
- Create dashboards, reports, charts, and presentations for non-data savvy audiences
- Create reporting and presentations for monthly and quarterly ops reviews
- Own the quarterly coach engagement survey analysis
- Train team members on using reporting and dashboards more efficiently
- 2-4 years working in financial or business analysis
- Computer science, mathematics, information management or statistics experience preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
