The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.
We are seeking part-time/full-time Door Hosts for our shop on Castle St. You will be the first point of contact for the customer before they are seated in Ezra & Gil. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting, showing customers to their space, and upselling our menu.
This position requires organisation and a positive vibe. You must be articulate and have the ability to multi-task on shift. We currently use DOJO as a door management system. Prior knowledge of this system or something similar is preferable, but not essential.
As a prime brunch spot in Liverpool City Centre, we often have a high demand for seating, especially at the weekends. Your job will include enticing customers to wait that little bit extra in time for a table, to experience Ezra & Gil. We are a fast-paced environment and currently operate with a one and a half hour time limit on tables. This will be part of the important information that we wish our host to communicate in the correct manner during peak times.
Prior experience in a similar role would be preferred. But, if you have bags of personality and a can-do approach, please contact us. We would love to hear from you.
