The Role

As a Program Support Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating seamless program launches and ensuring the accuracy of participant data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a key resource for participant data management, ensuring participant data and all related records are created and maintained accurately and efficiently throughout participant’s life cycle.
  • Coordinating and managing participant activations/launches across multiple Ezra propositions, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving potential issues to ensure the best participant experience.
  • License management, ensuring licenses are assigned appropriately so that revenue is recognized, and financial reporting is accurate.
  • Coordinating and managing program extensions, ensuring an uninterrupted participant experience whenever possible, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving potential issues.
  • Managing access to external partner platforms (Masterclass, Headspace).
  • Developing and upholding a strong understanding of our systems and products to maintain best practices and provide informed guidance.
  • Collaborating closely with Configuration Engineers and working cooperatively with multiple teams across various platforms.

About You

You have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in application support, implementation, or a related role, with a solid understanding of data management and the importance of data integrity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, ensuring accuracy in maintaining records.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, while being self-motivated and professional.
  • A customer-centric mindset, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems is an asset.
