The client is hiring a Production & Maintenance Manager to lead daily plant operations in Andrews, SC. This role oversees maintenance (Lead Mechanic, 2 Mechanics, Maintenance Associate) and production teams (Supervisor + 8 Operators), ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing performance. 75% of the workload is production related and 25% of the workload is maintenance related.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production plan to meet customer order and maintain inventory levels
- Lead production & maintenance teams
- Manage scheduling, work orders, and preventive maintenance
- Serve as Project Engineer for capital/maintenance projects
- Oversee contractors and plant construction
- Drive process improvements and maintain equipment records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3–5+ years manufacturing experience
- ERP software experience
