About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Ezoic, you\’ll be the key first point of contact and critical to business growth – identifying, qualifying, and starting conversations with digital publishers generating over $5,000/monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
This isn\’t a call-center role. It\’s a strategic, relationship-focused position where thoughtful outreach, curiosity, and relationship-building matter most. You\’ll develop foundational sales skills, work directly with leadership, and learn what it takes to close large-scale deals – all with mentoring and support every step of the way.
What You\’ll Do
- Identify and research leads using in-house AI tools, CRM data, and creative self-sourcing methods
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach via email, social, and LinkedIn
- Engage in consultative discovery conversations with digital publishers
- Qualify leads based on their goals, needs, and revenue potential
- Collaborate with BDMs to pass along Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), shadowing client calls and demos
- Take ownership of your metrics and follow-up strategy – from pipeline quality to conversion impact

- Chase low-value opportunities just to hit a number
- Operate in isolation – you\’ll collaborate closely with BDMs, leadership and cross-functional teams daily to grow fast
