About the Role
Working across the business and reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in managing internal sales support functions and leading marketing initiatives to ensure the successful go-live of EV charging sites across the UK and Ireland. This dynamic and hands-on role encompasses a mix of digital and traditional marketing, data-led decision-making, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of all social media content and channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with a focus on brand growth and engagement.
- Develop and run targeted campaigns across the UKI market to achieve agreed KPIs, supporting both EV site launches and broader customer acquisition goals.
- Lead email marketing strategy and campaigns, engaging segmented customer databases to drive retention and acquisition.
- Coordinate PR efforts and company announcements, maintaining an active and strategic social media calendar.
- Support internal sales functions through the creation of marketing collateral, customer communications, and go-live promotional materials.
- Manage the day-to-day website content and product/service updates.
- Collaborate with the Product team on pricing, tariff, and proposition development.
- Work closely with the Customer Team to ensure strong communications with existing customers and the EZO community.
Graphic design, videography, and content creation skills (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut, or similar tools) will be considered a strong advantage.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years experience as a Marketing/Senior Account Manager, ideally in an agency environment or high-growth business.
- Proven ability to support internal sales teams and manage go-to-market campaigns for new site/service launches.
- Strong B2C marketing background with deep understanding of brands, market trends, and customer engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated success running customer email campaigns and database-led communications.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (or equivalent) for email, automation, and reporting.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns (digital & traditional), including planning, delivery, and analytics.
- Familiarity with UK and Irish market nuances and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills across multiple workstreams.
- Strong analytics and reporting capabilities; confident using campaign and web analytics to shape decisions.
- Skilled in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for creating on/offline collateral.
- Experience in content creation (graphics/video) is a plus.
- Creativity and innovation mindset; comfortable taking concepts from ideation through to execution.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; postgraduate qualification a bonus.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for EV site go-lives and key stakeholder meetings.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and collaborate across sales, product, and leadership teams.
