Due to continued growth we’re looking for a hands-on, Senior Contracts Manager to join our growing operations team. This role is perfect for someone who has strong commercial acumen, enjoys solving technical problems, and wants to be part of a sustainable future. We are seeking skilled and motivated Senior Contracts Manager to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across the Scottish Highlands. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel to remote and rural locations, so flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Administration
- Administer NEC4 contracts from award to closeout, including early warning notices, compensation events and programme assessments.
- Monitor contractor performance against the accepted programme and drive corrective action where required.
- Oversee wayleave agreements, DNO connection applications and consent processes as they relate to contract scope.
- Maintain cost control across concurrent projects, tracking budgets, forecasting outturns and reporting variances to senior stakeholders.
- Assess and negotiate compensation events in accordance with NEC4 clauses and certify contractor.
