EZO are a leading Charge Point Operator (CPO) delivering EV charging infrastructure across Ireland and, more recently, the UK. As part of our continued expansion, we are building a strong UK delivery team to support the rollout of high-quality, scalable charging solutions across public, commercial, and fleet sectors.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Bid Coordinator to support our growing UK operations. This role is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, purpose-driven industry.
The Junior Bid Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating administrative aspects of the bid process, primarily using content from an established bid library. You will work closely with a Senior Manager who will provide guidance on strategy, structure, and final submission requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation and submission of high-quality bid and tender documents
- Source, compile, and tailor content from the company’s bid library
- Format and proofread documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism
- Maintain and update the bid library, ensuring content is current and relevant
- Coordinate bid timelines, deadlines, and document control
- Assist in gathering technical, commercial, and compliance information from internal teams
- Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and are delivered on time
- Track bid activity and maintain records of submissions and outcomes
- Support continuous improvement by incorporating feedback into future submissions
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written English with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and work to deadlines
- Comfortable working with documents, templates, and structured content
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience in bid coordination, administration, or document management
- Exposure to construction, infrastructure, or EV/energy sectors
- Familiarity with tender portals or procurement processes
