EZO are a fast-growing Irish electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure company, recently launched in Scotland as part of our UK expansion. Through long‑term partnerships with Scottish local authorities, we design, install, and operate public EV charging networks that support the transition to sustainable transport. As part of our council contracts, we are committed to delivering meaningful community engagement programmes that ensure our infrastructure benefits local residents, businesses, and stakeholders.
We are seeking a proactive and relationship‑driven Community Engagement Manager to lead our community engagement commitments across Scotland. This is a field‑based role requiring regular travel throughout Scotland to engage with councils, community groups, businesses, and residents. The successful candidate will play a vital role in building trusted local relationships and ensuring we exceed our contractual social value and community outreach obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver community engagement programmes aligned with council contract requirements.
- Organise and attend community meetings, information sessions, and local events.
- Act as the primary local point of contact for residents and stakeholders.
- Develop educational initiatives promoting EV adoption and sustainable transport.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authority representatives.
