One of our prestigious clients are seeking a highly capable End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to provide hands‑on technical support and engineering expertise across our global end‑user computing environment. This role combines desktop engineering, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, and customer‑facing support, ensuring employees receive reliable, secure, and high‑performing technology services. The successful candidate will support modern workplace technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, macOS management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise security solutions. The role requires strong troubleshooting capability and the ability to operate within a structured, audited IT environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical issues, supporting users directly, and working within a sophisticated enterprise technology environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide hands‑on, on‑site end user support for employees and meeting room technologies.
  • Build, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS endpoints using modern device management platforms.
  • Manage endpoint configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management through Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
  • Package, deploy, and support applications across managed devices.
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365 and SharePoint Online, ensuring effective collaboration and access to business systems.
  • Manage user access and permissions, including identity management, group membership, and access control, adhering to strict Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes to ensure secure and compliant user lifecycle management.
  • Support and maintain identity and authentication services including Single Sign‑On (SSO), Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), and hybrid identity environments.
  • Provide support and maintenance for Cisco Webex audio‑visual and meeting room systems.
  • Perform deep technical troubleshooting, identifying root causes through structured investigation and technical analysis.
  • Operate within a controlled and audited IT environment, ensuring adherence to operational procedures, documentation standards, and change control processes.
  • Work within ITIL service management frameworks, supporting incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, interacting professionally with users at all levels of the organisation, including senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a desktop engineering or End User Computing engineering role.
  • Strong ability to communicate and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity providers, Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign‑On (SSO), and hybrid Active Directory environments.
  • In‑depth experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, including endpoint configuration, laptop builds and deployment, application packaging and distribution, and endpoint troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365 applications, SharePoint Online, user account administration, and permissions and access management.
  • Experience supporting macOS devices and enterprise Mac management tools.
  • Experience supporting Cisco Webex audio‑visual and meeting room systems.
  • Demonstrable strong troubleshooting skills, including structured problem identification and technical investigation.
  • Experience working within a regulated or audited IT environment where process compliance is essential.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience of ITIL service management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
  • Strong customer‑facing and on‑site support experience.
  • Experience with Netskope SASE security products.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Exposure to Cisco Meraki networking technologies.
  • Experience working in enterprise or financial services environments.
